1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 8–11 business days within South Africa. All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door Courier for safe and reliable service.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders over R1,000. Orders below that amount carry a standard delivery fee of R99.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery progress.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely to protect your information.
5. Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
